This year`s Pyraflufen-ethyl workshop took place in Austria and was again a great display of the collaboration between Nichino and its European partners.
In addition to regulatory news, market and trial updates from many different countries, there were also exchanges on technical experiences, developments and potential new uses of this key product for European growers.

Recently, the label extension for the use on-planter was granted for Monarch (Flutolanil 40 SC) in Belgium.
We can announce that the registration of Kabuki Super has recently been granted in Egypt. Kabuki Super is registered for the use on potatoes as desiccant.
The product is marketed by our partner Shoura Chemicals.
The event is the biggest open air potato trade fair and takes place in Kain, Belgium this year.
This is an excellent opportunity to meet the Nichino Europe team and more than 220 other local and foreign exhibitors involved with potato cultivation and machinery.

We are happy to announce that the registration of Mizuki has just been granted in Denmark. Mizuki is registered for the use on potatoes as a weed control agent and desiccant.
The product is marketed by our partner Nordisk Alkali in Denmark.
We are pleased to announce that Mizuki got a derogation for the use as potato desiccant in Sweden.
Mizuki can be applied from 15.06.2023 until 12.10.2023.
Another derogation has just been granted in Austria:
Kabuki can be used as a desiccant in seed bearing sugar beet in the period 15.06.2023 - 15.09.2023.
Samba K (Fenpyroximate 5 SC) got a derogation on the following range of crops: grapes, pome fruits, stone fruits, currants, raspberries and blackberries as well as diverse fruiting vegetables.
Our partner Kwizda is marketing Samba K in Austria.
