We are pleased to announce that Sweden has just granted the derogation of Mizuki for the use as a potato desiccant.
Mizuki can be applied from 27. June until 12. October 2022.

We are very pleased to announce that we have just received the decision of BVL granting the derogation for our partner Belchim DE to use Quickdown on potato for desiccation before BBCH 91 from 01. June to 28. September 2022.
Two emergency registrations recently granted for Pyraflufen-Ethyl in Hungary:
- Nichino Europe are pleased to announce we have received emergency registration for Kabuki + Toil for the use as OSR desiccant.
- Thanks to the Association of Hungarian Fruit and Vegetable Producers (FruitVeB), Kabuki has received emergency registration for elder covering 4 000 ha.

We are very pleased to announce that a new registration of our product Mizuki (Pyraflufen-Ethyl) has been received for Bulgaria.
It is cleared for use in potatoes, vines, pome and stone fruits, nut trees, kiwi, olives, artichokes and tomatoes.
The product is used in the various crops for weed control, shoot/runner control and desiccation.
Our partner in the country is KNE Certis.

“Japanese company Nihon
Nohyaku has established a South Korean subsidiary, Nichino Korea (NKR – Seoul),
to focus on registration management and development of agrochemicals, among
other functions. It will begin operations from April 1st.
The company notes that the
new unit will allow it to better pursue business opportunities in the country,
where it had been expanding its agrochemical portfolio through local partners.
Nihon Nohyaku added that
the establishment of the subsidiary is unlikely to have a significant impact on
the company’s financial results.”
It has been
announced by Tukes (Finish regulatory authority) that they have granted a
derogation to the Finnish Association of Fruit and Berry Growers:
Danitron (Fenpyroximate) can be used against fruit tree mites in apple and pear plantations and against mites in strawberries. The product should be used once
during the growing season (derogation timelines are from
01.05. - 28.08.2022).
