“Japanese company Nihon
Nohyaku has established a South Korean subsidiary, Nichino Korea (NKR – Seoul),
to focus on registration management and development of agrochemicals, among
other functions. It will begin operations from April 1st.
The company notes that the
new unit will allow it to better pursue business opportunities in the country,
where it had been expanding its agrochemical portfolio through local partners.
Nihon Nohyaku added that
the establishment of the subsidiary is unlikely to have a significant impact on
the company’s financial results.”
